During HRV (heart rate variability analysis), we focus on determining your heart rate and its capacity to adapt to external stimuli. A healthy organism constantly adapts its frequency to current requirements. During HRV analysis, electrodes are attached to your ribcage, where they then measure your heart rate variability for 24 hours. The subsequent evaluation allows your doctor to draw conclusions about regenerative capacity, sleep quality and performance.

Colon-hydro-therapy is a gentle rinsing out of the larger intestine, which we particularly recommend at the beginning of the cure.
