VITAMIN B COMPLEX

The composition of high-quality B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12) helps the body to regulate its vital energy metabolism. In addition, vitamin B complex is used in cases of increased physical and/or nervous stress. This vitamin B combination has a positive effect on the body and mind in cases of lack of concentration, nervous strain, persistent fatigue, irritability, nervousness or emotional mood swings.

Adults: We recommend taking 1  x 1 tablets with liquid daily.
