Participation in optional group sessions and lectures, such as medical lectures, pilates, e-bike tours, kayaking, breathwork or aqua fitness.

5:00pm Personal Time / Relaxation

Perfect for a mindful walk (we recommend 10,000 steps), reading, or sauna rituals in the lakeside spa house.
