From blinis and crackers to buckwheat mash, crêpes and the Original FX Mayr buckwheat rolls – this flour guarantees an intense, typical bread flavour. Buckwheat flour does not contain any gluten, as it belongs to the knotweed family. This allows its other ingredients to really stand out: high-quality protein, vitamin E, B1 and B2 as well as numerous basic minerals such as potassium, iron, zinc, manganese and magnesium make the flour a genuine power provider.
