Our Original Organic Porridge is wonderfully creamy and with small, sweet and nutty crunchy flakes and provides plenty of energy for the day. The main ingredient is organic millet flakes, which are packed with silicon (good for skin, hair and nails), iron and vitamin B6. We have mixed the good organic buckwheat flakes from the Carinthian Jauntal – and also a few peeled hemp seeds. The latter provide high-quality protein and are rich in fiber and essential fatty acids. The basic tigernut flakes, which support detoxification and intestinal function, provide the crunch. However, the name is deceptive: tigernuts are not nuts and are therefore also suitable for people with nut allergies. Our organic porridge tastes great, is gluten-free and easy to digest – and very easy to prepare. Contents: 400g
Boil 250 ml milk or water, stir in 50 g (3-4 heaped tablespoons) of the porridge mixture and leave to swell for at least 10 minutes over low heat. Add more liquid depending on the consistency.
TIP: Rice, almond or oat milk can be used instead of water or milk.
