RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT

Reservations are only final upon receipt of written confirmation and your deposit. We ask you for a deposit of 50% of the total price of your stay. Refunds are not possible in the event of a cancellation or no show. By confirming your reservation, you accept these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation fee: € 500,- per person.

We withheld the following partial amounts of the deposit for cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival:
From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 50 %
1 week before arrival: 100 %
Refunds for early departure or late arrival are not possible.

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices specified are per person and include all taxes and duties. At the end of your stay, you will receive a total bill for all services rendered. We accept all credit cards and EC (debit) cards.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Your hotel room is available from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Please arrive by 5 pm on Sundays. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on your day of departure. Late check-out is possible upon request and is charged at EUR 50 per room.

YOUNG GUESTS

We welcome young guests aged 15 and above.

SMOKING BAN

Please note: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

PETS

Due to hygiene regulations, we are not able to accommodate pets in the building.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

We offer a paid transfer service to the station or airport. Please let us know when making your reservation so we can advise costs.
