ORIGINAL OAT BREAD

It comes out of your oven steaming, crispy and fluffy: Our gluten-free organic oat bread tastes delicious, is full of nutrients and provides plenty of energy for the day. Oats are a popular and very digestible type of grain. It is full of nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron and provides pure energy in the form of long-chain carbohydrates. The dietary fiber beta-glucan ensures a long-lasting feeling of satiety and can have a positive effect on cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Therefore, oats are also very suitable for diabetics. For the oat bread from the Original FX Mayr, we use gluten-free oat flour, which is particularly well tolerated (e.g. also suitable for people with celiac disease). The combination with buckwheat and arrowroot flour creates a particularly tasty, easily digestible and valuable bread. Contents: 500g

Empty the entire package contents of the organic oat bread baking mix into a large bowl, add 450 ml soda water and mix everything into a creamy batter. Then fill the dough into a loaf tin and bake at 190 °C for approx. 50 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
